What to expect on your first appointment

The NeuroFit Circuit

Upon arrival, you will begin your personalized NeuroFit training program, called NeuroFit 360.

Then… your brain will go to work! With NeuroFit 360, you will run through the NeuroCircuit and utilize an exceptionally wide range of NeuroTechnologies designed to specifically train your brain from all angles.

 

 

Why Cross Train? “Not one size fits all.” The brain:

  • Gets stuck in old patterns and needs multiple modalities to regain balance
  • Gets bored and wants new stimulation to continually make progress
  • Reaches plateaus and thrives on new challenges

With NeuroFit 360, your workout may contain some or all of the following:

NEUROCIRCUIT 1: Calm the Brain

  • Drink water to remain hydrated.
  • Hook up to HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and get your baseline score using HeartMath.
  • Run a set of breathing exercises designed to calm your autonomic nervous system and synchronize your brain/body connection.
  • Let biofeedback show you when worrisome thoughts sway you into the “Red” and teach you how to get back into the “Zone”.
  • Receive the optional NeuroCalm program to help reduce inflammation and/or NeuroBoost for instant fuel/energy.

The goal: Improve Body Fitness

NEUROCIRCUIT 2: Prime the Brain

  • Attach NeuroField pEMF coils to a Velcro cap on your head and/or Velcro cloth on your body while NeuroField software and hardware technology provides NeuroStimulation. This is either done as a stand-alone technique or in combination with additional training options.
  • Place NeuroField tACS electrodes on your head with or without the Coils using NeuroField tACS/tDCS hardware and NeuroField64 software for a varied stimulation experience.
  • Review your brain map and note the location and goals for NeuroField coils and/or electrodes placement.
  • Use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Soulercise® tools, and/or Heartmath® biofeedback as additional training options along with your NeuroField stimulation.
  • Wear a VieLight™ Neuro device for a photobiomodulation (PBM) 20 minute session to energize neurons, stimulate cellular function, and improve mental acuity.
The goal: Enhance training / Achieve Mind Fitness

NEUROCIRCUIT 3: Train the Brain

  • NEUROFEEDBACK:
  • Place a 19 channel EEG cap on your head and fill each electrode with gel.
  • Hook the cap up to the NeuroField Q20 amplifier and load your prepared custom protocol into the Neuroguide Z-Score software to guide your training and provide the proper feedback.
  • Insert a DVD of your choosing and set training thresholds.
  • Begin your training by sitting and watching your selected DVD. The brain regions responds to specific criteria determined by your custom protocol. Don’t think, don’t try, let your brain do the work. Gradually your brain responds to the feedback i.e. when it moves in the desired direction the DVD gets brighter and “learns” new brainwave patterns.
  • Continue for approximately 3 rounds of 5 minutes each to train your brain into an optimal level above or below the norm.
  • NEUROSTIMULATION:
  • Run NeuroCircuit 2 as a stand alone option for targeted full-session brain training.
  • Use NeuroField64 as an additional option for up-training and down-training specific brain regions and/or Z-Score based training.
  • HEMOENCEPHALOGRAPHY  (HEG):
  • Run an HEG session while watching video to increase blood flow and oxygenation to the pre-frontal cortex (forehead) as another training option.
  • Hook the cap up to the NeuroField Q20 amplifier and load your prepared custom protocol into the Neuroguide Z-Score software to guide your training and provide the proper feedback.
  • EWOT:
  • Experience a high intensity LiveO2™ Oxygen session using an EWOT oxygen mask in combination with exercise on the Vasper™ system for another training option.
