    CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM / MANAGE YOUR STRESS

    During your Brain Map review, we will discuss with you the importance of reducing stress and calming your nervous system because GUESS WHAT????… 9 times out of 10 a dysregulated nervous system is at or involved in the source of your symptoms. We can show you pictures of how your system is affecting you and teach you HeartMath® tools to take with you into daily life!

    In addition to this…. We have teamed up with Dr. Peter DeShane and based on his review of your brain map, we can offer both the NeuroBoost Program to help reduce inflammation and enhance your training program and/or the NeuroBoost Plus program to increase the metabolic efficiency of the brain via Ketones or MCT oil to give it the fuel necessary to manage stress and main a state of calm.

    Everyone has some sort of inflammation, some more than others…. And that inflammation can affect your brain. So we offer a simple plan to reduce it.
